A lot of the items they carry can be pretty pricey, but they are always excellent quality and they have a lot of of healthy food options. They are lacking a few of the vegan-friendly items I look at for, but they have an excellent sugar-free spaghetti sauce, which is pretty hard to find elsewhere (almost all tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce has hidden sugar in it). They also carry a fair amount of bulk food items, but Winco tends to be cheaper in that regard, if they have the same item. But Whole Foods takes credit cards and Winco does not.

If you want to save a little more money, buy 6 of the same item when you can and they'll give you a case discount, and bring your own bags to save a little more.

Oh, and one other feature I really like is the free bags of ice to keep your frozen items cold, which is especially nice considering the closest location to me is 30 minutes away.
